The XL Air is a really impressive car and it's simple to see why it has received so many high marks from customers. It's extremely light - the chassis and wheels weigh only 6.5kg and it's super-easy to put together. In fact, I was able to get the whole thing up and running in less than five minutes, which is pretty impressive considering it included a strapping of the fabric for the carrycot!

It has a comfortable wide, comfortable seat that is comfortable for Annie (who is 12 months) and the recline lever is very easy to use. The basket is spacious with plenty of space, and I am impressed that the handle bar has an area to keep your phone and keys secure.

The only issue is the handlebar is low, which can be an issue for taller parents. It's covered in a soft, comfortable leather-like material, which is easy to clean.

Hauck Pushchair Runner

The Runner is a great choice for parents who love to explore and are always on the go. The large pneumatic wheels are able to be used on field and forest trails. The front wheel is lockable and can be swiveled for added versatility. It also comes with a padded 5-point safety harness as well as a front bar to ensure your child is secure on all journeys and the parking brake reliably prevents the stroller from moving even when you are taking a break. The seat can be repositioned to lay down and the canopy can be opened maximum air circulation on hot days. The handle can be adjusted by more than 30cm to accommodate mom or dad.

The Runner will accompany you on your next adventure, whether it's a quick jog, a longer hike, or a long-distance walk. It features a completely flat lay-flat seat that has suspension air wheels that provide smooth and comfortable riding. It's their newest and most expensive addition to their bargain lightweight stroller line. Similar to the Ickle Bubba Aurora or Yoyo it's car seat compatible so you can use it from the time of birth.

The new Pace features some stunning design touches such as the rose gold tint of the chassis, hood and stroller trims, which truly distinguish it from its competition. The stroller and car seat fabrics are fashionable in tan, grey and cream. You can also choose to add handles made of leather and a bumper bar to match.

The stroller seat can be used from birth to a maximum weight of 22kg. It can easily be converted into a reversible 2-in-1 position, which is either parent-facing or facing the world. The stroller seat offers multiple lie back positions, soft padded leg rest support and has an extendable sun canopy featuring concealed zip sections, a viewing see through flap and a retractable sun visor section.

What's more, when it's folded, the Pace measures 56 x 43 x 32cm which is enough to qualify as hand luggage with Easyjet and Ryanair among other airlines. It's also easy to fold down, using two buttons on either side of the handlebar which just click in and then pop out.

Bugaboo Fox 5

Designed to be the ultimate all-terrain stroller, Bugaboo's latest Fox 5 promises to do everything. Its unique chassis comes with a shorter 3 wheel umbrella stroller distance that makes it more maneuverable than its predecessor. I tested it with my two children - an eight-week-old and a toddler - on rocky pavements as well as grassy wooded paths and even cobblestones.

The large, puncture-proof wheels - 22cm or 30cm in diameter they can be used on various terrains. They also have a handy flap that can open or closes to allow more air to enter when you require it this is a nice touch.
